Homes at full verified cost
The proposed economic principle is to make homes available to future residents at their complete, documented cost, without developer profit on housing sales. Full cost includes land, construction, utilities, shared infrastructure, design, permits, financing, reserves and other substantiated expenses. Cost documentation and independent verification arrangements must be defined for each future project.
No land projects or approved budgets are currently confirmed. We therefore offer no price, delivery date, allocation, reservation or guaranteed right to acquire a home. Free registration is an expression of interest only.
